3FF Urban Dialogues workshops and interfaith training sessions

The Three Faiths Forum (3FF) is running its arts programme Urban Dialogues for a fourth year. The programme aims to use the work of contemporary artists from a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives to appeal to broader audiences. The work takes the form of three commissioned artistic collaborations and pieces by individual artists exploring issues around belief, identity or faith. The work is shown in an exhibition which, this year, takes place at the Red Gallery in London from Tuesday 20 November to Saturday 1 December.

In previous years the Urban Dialogues programme has run artist-led workshops for young people and schools. In 2012 3FF are extending the Urban Dialogues programme beyond the festival and plan to develop a programme of artist-led workshops that take place in schools.

3FF are building a pool of freelance artists who are interested in working on the Urban Dialogues programme. To register an interest in becoming part of the Urban Dialogues programme, email a CV along with an explanation of your interest in the project to eli@3ff.org.uk.

Interfaith training by 3FF

3FF is running interfaith training sessions on Wednesday 31 October and Tuesday 27 November. The training is for anyone dealing with diversity and equality, as well as those interested in becoming a Volunteer Speaker on 3FF’s schools programme. It will give an introduction to 3FF’s methodologies and provides opportunities to learn skills for confident, sensitive and effective inter faith communication.
