Administration Officer sought by Birmingham LGBT

Birmingham LGBT, the local Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transexual Health & Wellbeing Centre seeks administrative support and as such is recruiting for an Administration Officer.

Working 18.5 hours per week and earning an equivalent of £17k pro rata plus up to 5% matched pension contributions, as an Administration Officer in Birmingham City Centre for Birmingham LGBT you’ll be expected to carry out general administrative duties including reception coverage as necessary and organising events where appropriate. You’ll be expected to attend some meetings, events and conferences and of course require a mix of decent organisational and presentational skills.

This is a 24-month fixed-term contract job, on-going subject to funding. The closing date for applications is Wednesday 22nd May 2013 and shortlisted candidates will be interviewed on the following Monday (29th).
