JOB: Administrator for Age UK Birmingham, 25hrs, £9000pa
Age UK is the UK’s largest charity for & by older people, and their Birmingham branch is seeking a part-time Administrator/Coordinator (25 hours per week) to undertake various duties to enable the smooth running of the charity.
Duties include keenly answering phones as a key point of contact internally and externally, while recording details into the computer system, as well as managing cash transactions. You will also be expected to produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, so your written communication ability should be strong.
The job involves helping the organisation as a whole, but has special emphasis on the HandyFix and Gardening Services departments.
